The Lantzerath Group is an independent, medium-sized company with German roots and headquarters in Switzerland. It was originally an owner-operated family business that is now managed by two generations of the Lantzerath family as well as non-family members. This is important to us to ensure that we can offer our business partners as well as our employees security and continuity.
The Lantzerath shareholder family bundles all of the Lantzerath Group’s activities and endeavours in a family office. By way of Advisory Board mandates, and administrative and supervisory bodies, the shareholders are increasingly concentrated on the strategic focus of the Lantzerath Group, dealing with M&A opportunities and the establishment of sustainable management structures.
Centralized strategy, decentralized responsibility
The Lantzerath family manages the Group from Lucerne in Switzerland, although the individual companies and their subsidiaries are run regionally or nationally. The objective of the Group’s structure is to be able to implement complementary business segments at any time, without losing regional roots. This means that the Lantzerath Group provides security and continuity, while at the same time leaving room to grow and change.
